Directors’ Duties and Responsibilities

Directors have shown that they have the desire and the willingness to serve their community and the capability to make informed decisions that serve the best interests of the entire association.

Duties:

  • Make final decisions on any legal action to be taken in regard to deed restriction enforcement.
  • Give final approval for the annual budget presented by the Budget Committee.

Board Members may be assigned to serve on a committee:

  • Architectural Control and Deed Restriction
  • Budget
  • Long-term planning
  • Security issues
  • Policy issues
  • Other committee assignments as the need arises
