The Board of Directors approved the 2024 assessment fees at $336.00 per lot, which may be paid annually ($336.00), semi-annually ($148.00) or quarterly ($84.00). Quarterly payments are due January 1st. April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
We remind members about payment due dates through a notice on the front page in our Beacon newsletters, on our website at www.bweha.org and by signs posted at the entrances to our community.
The next annual, semi-annual or quarterly payment is due January 1, 2024.
